Account Registration
To access the Service, you must create an account.

Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the functionality of the platform.

Ensuring you have rights to any material included
Compliance with platform rules of WordPress, Facebook, and other connected services
AI Generated Content Disclaimer
Content generated by artificial intelligence may contain inaccuracies or omissions.
You agree that:
You are responsible for reviewing all content before publication
The Company is not liable for errors in AI generated content
The Company does not guarantee search engine rankings or traffic results
Platform Integrations
The Service integrates with third party platforms including WordPress, Facebook, Stripe, SerpAPI, and OpenAI.
You authorize the Service to:
Publish content to connected WordPress sites
Publish content to connected Facebook Pages
Access necessary Page data as granted through permissions
We are not responsible for outages, API limitations, or policy changes from third party platforms.
Facebook Usage
When connecting Facebook:
The Service posts only to Pages you manage
The Service does not post to personal profiles
You must grant appropriate permissions
You may disconnect Facebook at any time through your dashboard.
Subscription and Billing
Access to the Service may require a paid subscription.
Payments are processed by Stripe.
You agree that:
Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan
Fees are non refundable except as required by law
You may cancel at any time
Access may continue until the end of your billing period
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
Acceptable Use
